Open Space and Public. Park Impact Fee (Measure Z). The Project is subject to the Open Space and Public Park Impact Fee (also known as Measure Z) at the fee established by Resolution of the City Council at the time of issuance of the first building permit up to $1.50 per square foot. The fee shall be paid to the CITY prior to the issuance of the first building permit.
