Opening Date. The "Opening Date" shall be the date on which the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, together with a fully executed copy or counterpart copies of the Purchase Agreement are received by the Escrow Agent. Escrow Agent is hereby instructed to enter that Opening Date on the first page of this Agreement and return a copy to both Seller and Purchaser.
