Opening hours. The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.
Opening hours. You understand that trading hours vary by market and are subject to change. The hours during which our Products are generally available on the Trading Platform and you agree to refer to the Trading Platform for further information. Our Trading Platform opens on Sunday at 05:01pm New York (EST) time and closes on Friday at 04:55pm New York (EST) time. You will not be able to view any live prices and/or conduct any trading outside these hours. You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to quote prices or accept Orders or instructions in respect of any Product during the opening hours above. We reserve the right to refuse to quote prices or accept Orders or instructions for any reason at our sole discretion.
Opening hours. 11.1 The Provider must provide Dispensing and Professional Advisory Services for a minimum of five days a week unless such period is affected by a public holiday.
11.2 The Provider must use its best endeavours to ensure a level of access to Dispensing and Professional Advisory Services that meets the reasonable needs of Service Users.
11.3 Te Whatu Ora may require the Provider to provide Dispensing and Professional Advisory Services outside of the ordinary business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in the Geographical Area), or for more than five days a week if necessary to ensure a level of access that meets the reasonable needs of Service Users.
11.4 If Te Whatu Ora requires the Provider to provide Dispensing and Professional Advisory Services outside of the ordinary business hours specified in clause 11.3, or for more than five days a week, Te Whatu Ora will agree to specific terms and conditions with the Provider relating to the provision of such Services.
11.5 The Provider will not be in breach of its obligations under this Agreement if its Premises are closed for short periods of a few hours in special circumstances on isolated occasions.
11.6 When a Provider's Premises are closed, the Provider must ensure that a notice is prominently displayed on the outer door or window of its Premises that specifies:
(a) the period when its Premises are closed; and
(b) how Eligible People can obtain essential Pharmaceuticals during the period when its Premises are closed.
11.7 The Provider must notify Te Whatu Ora if the closure of its Premises will unreasonably inconvenience Service Users in the Provider's area.
Opening hours. (a) The Exhibition will be open to visitors daily for the period and during the opening hours stated in the Exhibitors Manual.
(b) All dust covers must be removed and stands ready for display purposes by the readiness time stated in the Exhibitors Manual on each open day. No exhibits shall be removed from their positions until the close of the Exhibition without the Organisers’ permission in writing, nor shall any stand be covered up or closed during the Exhibition before the official closing time.

The User agrees to allow the Management to open the lobby areas of the facility to be used at least sixty (60) minutes before the advertised start of the event and to permit patrons to be seated at least thirty (30) minutes in advance of the advertised start of the event.
