Opening Fees; Amendment or Transfer Fees; Drawing Fees. Pursuant to one or more separate agreements with the Issuing Bank, Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank its fees for the issuance of Letters of Credit pursuant to this Agreement, together with the normal and customary fees charged by the Issuing Bank upon the establishment of any Letter of Credit, upon any amendment or transfer of a Letter of Credit and upon the payment of any drawing under any Letter of Credit.

Pursuant to one or more separate agreements with the Issuing Bank, Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fee of one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of each Letter of Credit as its fees for the issuance of Letters of Credit pursuant to this Agreement, together with the normal and customary fees charged by the Issuing Bank upon the establishment of any Letter of Credit, upon any amendment or transfer of a Letter of Credit and upon the payment of any drawing under any Letter of Credit.
