The Title Company shall sign and date this Agreement on the space provided at the end of this Agreement, indicating that Escrow has been opened as of such date ("Opening of Escrow"), which date shall be the date at which Title Company is in possession of a fully executed Agreement and the Xxxxxxx Money. The Title Company shall provide a copy of the fully executed Agreement to the Seller and Buyer within five (5) days of the Opening of Escrow.
