Opening, Recording and Publications of Tenders Received. (a) Tenders will be opened on the closing date immediately after the closing time specified in the tender documents. If requested by any bidder present, the names of the bidders, and if practical, the total amount of each bid and of any alternative bids will be read out aloud. (b) Details of tenders received in time will be recorded in a register which is open to public inspection. (c) Faxed, e-mailed and late tenders will not be accepted.
