If a club is open 24 hours per day, it is possibly not staffed during certain hours. If this is the case, surveillance of the club is maintained by camera. You must be over 18 years to use the club’s facilities between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

We offer the following sessions: Fees Fees are invoiced on a termly basis in advance and must be settled at least two working days before the start of term. Information on the school’s termly instalment scheme is available upon request. Session fees are:  £15.00 per session.  £37.50 for a long day.  £20.00/£25.00 for a morning/afternoon extended session.  £47.50 for an extended day. Your child will be offered a place based on once the Parental Agreement Form has been completed and returned. Three week’s notice must be given for a change in session choice; however, every effort will be made to accommodate this sooner, if possible. A half-term’s notice is also applicable for the withdrawal of your child. An equivalent fee in lieu of notice of withdrawal is payable otherwise. Occasionally parents may need to change their session (in an emergency for example) and, if we have the space, the Pre-School will be more than happy to oblige, where possible. These are considered as extra sessions and will be charged accordingly.

At the start of the event, the Responsible Person must provide information on fire safety procedures to include the location of the Fire Exit Routes (front door and escape staircase in the kitchen) from 1st and ground floor and the Fire Assembly Point (Market Place, outside the Pharmacy). All Hall users’ & visitors are made aware of its location which should clearly be indicated on the Fire Action Notice. • The property is evacuated quickly and efficiently. • All evacuees go directly to the appointed assembly point. • All occupants are accounted for. • The Fire Brigade has been called • Details of escape routes; evacuation procedures and assembly points are recorded on the ‘Fire Action Notice’ displayed adjacent to call point positions. All fire exit signage shows ‘the running man’. Leave the building as soon as possible via the nearest appropriate escape route Fire Extinguishers only to be used if the user is competent on Class of extinguisher based on type of fire and they are trained in safe use. If any extinguisher that has been discharged / damaged or fire blanket used, the incident must be reported to the Town Clerk as these are the property of the Town Council. Used kit must be replaced must be replaced immediately.

OPENING TIMESThe pool shall be open to the public from 11am to 6pm each day of the season except Mondays, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Additional opening hours or days can be negotiated subject to the approval of Council. During periods of inclement weather or low patronage, the pool may be closed during normal operating hours only after approval has been sought and given by the Director Infrastructure Services of Meander Valley Council or his agent. Contact details will be confirmed with the Contractor prior to opening. The Contractor is responsible for opening and closing the centre each day and for securing the centre at the end of each day. Traditionally during the course of the swimming season local schools (Deloraine High, Deloraine Primary and Our Lady of Mercy) use the pool to conduct their learn to swim classes, it is the responsibility of the contractor to negotiate satisfactory pool hire rates and usage times with the above mentioned schools.
