OPERATING AND BUSINESS RECORDS. All files, records, logs and program materials pertaining to the operation of the Station required to be maintained and kept under the rules of the Commission and such other files and records as Buyer shall reasonably require for the continuing business and operation of the Station. Seller shall have the right to reasonable access to such business records that Seller delivers to Buyer under this Section 1.1(h) upon Seller's request for five years after the Closing Date.
