Common use of Operating and Capital Leases Clause in Contracts

Schedule 5.25, attached hereto and made a part hereof, sets forth (a) each operating and capital lease to which such Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party as a lessee which involves payments remaining in excess of $10,000; (b) the name of the lessor, and (c) a brief description of the property leased thereunder.
