All operating and other Company data disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus and the Prospectus, including but not limited to the data of battery-swapping technology, UOTTA-powered electric vehicles, UOTTA-powered electric trucks and UOTTA battery-swapping stations, the UOTTA data management platform, the vehicle sourcing network, facilities and intellectual property, are true and accurate in all material respects.
