The General Partner shall cause to be prepared, at Partnership Expense, such budgets with respect to the Partnership or the Investments as shall be Approved by the Partners or as shall be required by Persons making loans to the Partnership, either Partner or their Affiliates. Reserves shall be established for the Partnership only to the extent reasonably Approved by the Partners, taking into account the requirements of lenders to the Partnership, either Partner or their Affiliates under loan documents that are binding on the Partnership.
