Common use of Operating Lease Obligations Clause in Contracts

Operating Lease Obligations. On the Closing Date, (i) the Borrower does not have any obligations as lessee for the payment of rent for any real property other than the Operating Lease Obligations set forth in Schedule 6.18 hereto and the Capital Lease Obligations set forth in Schedule 6.29 hereto and (ii) the Borrower does not have any personal property leases providing for total rent payments in excess of $2,500,000 in the aggregate.
