Common use of Operating Logs Clause in Contracts

Operating Logs. Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, (a) maintain at the Property daily operating logs showing, among other things, the electrical output of the Facilities, (b) keep maintenance and repair reports in sufficient detail to indicate the nature and date of all work done, (c) maintain a current operating manual and a complete set of plans, accounting records and specifications reflecting all alterations and (d) maintain all other records, logs and other materials required by the Operating Contract or any Governmental Requirements.

Each Borrower shallwill, at its sole cost and expense, (a) maintain at the Property its respective Project daily operating logs showing, among other things, the electrical output of the Facilitiessuch Project, (b) keep maintenance and repair reports in sufficient detail to indicate the nature and date of all work done, (c) maintain a current operating manual and a complete set of plans, accounting records and specifications reflecting all alterations and (d) maintain all other records, logs and other materials required by the Operating Contract relevant Project Documents or any Governmental Requirements.

Borrower shall, at its sole cost and expense, (ai) maintain at the Property daily operating logs showing, among other things, the electrical and useful steam output of the FacilitiesFacility, (bii) keep maintenance and repair reports in sufficient detail to indicate the nature and date of all work done, (ciii) maintain a current operating manual and a complete set of plans, accounting records records, and specifications reflecting all alterations and (div) maintain all other records, logs logs, and other materials required by the Operating O&M Contract or any Governmental Requirements.
