Operating Manuals. The Vendor will provide the Owner Operating Manuals in accordance with this subsection 2.20 as soon as they are reasonably available but in no event less than thirty (30) days prior to Substantial Completion of the Initial PCS System, the Vendor will provide the Owner with as many sets of the Operating Manuals for the entire System as the Owner then reasonably requires. The Operating Manuals will be prepared in accordance with the relevant Specifications and in sufficient detail to accurately represent the System and all of its component System Elements as constructed and will recommend procedures for operation. Operating Manuals with up to date (but not "as-built") drawings, specifications and design sheets will be available for the Training as set forth in subsection 2.23. All other Technical Documentation not already delivered to the Owner pursuant to the terms of the Contract must be delivered to the Owner within ten (10) days after the successful achievement of all Final Acceptance tests in accordance with Exhibit B3. The Owner will not be required to deliver the Final Acceptance Certificate until all such Technical Documentation has been so delivered (and Final Acceptance will not be deemed to have occurred earlier than the date that is ten (10) days prior to the date of delivery of such Technical Documentation).

Operating Manuals. Within 30 days after finalizing the equipment selection the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Customer the following documents: (i) Operating Manuals in an electronic draft version, (ii) recommended spare parts list, and (iii) lubrication schedule. Prior to commencing commissioning activities, Contractor shall prepare and deliver to Owner the documentation as required in the Scope of Work. In the event of total or partial rejection or revisions of the draft Operating Manuals by Owner, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of notice of such revisions or rejection Contractor shall make appropriate changes to the drafts to respond to Owner’s revisions or reasons for rejection and shall resubmit such draft to Owner or shall explain why such revisions are not necessary. Such procedure shall be repeated until receipt of Owner’s written approval therefore. Upon the earlier of Final Completion and thirty
Operating Manuals. 36.1 The Seller shall supply to the University all operating manuals and other documentation necessary for the satisfactory operation of the Goods, and in any event all documentation as specified in the Purchase Order or any Attachment. If, after the Acceptance Date, the operating manuals and documentation need updating or replacing the Seller shall be responsible for notifying the University of the availability of such updates or replacements, and shall supply them at reasonable prices upon receipt of appropriate Purchase Order documentation. The Seller shall provide the operating manuals and other documentation in the media format in which they are available at the appropriate time.

Operating Manuals empath-e shall provide the Client with one electronic copy of a set of operating manuals containing sufficient information to enable proper use of all the facilities and functions set out in the Specification.
Operating Manuals. AIRVANA agrees to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation to NORTEL NETWORKS with respect to preparation and provision of any portion of any NORTEL NETWORKS' product operating manuals to the extent they relate to any portion of the NORTEL NETWORKS system provided by AIRVANA in the form of Products or Services.
Operating Manuals. Owner shall deliver to Operator operating manuals containing equipment descriptions and ----------------- equipment operations and maintenance instructions for all equipment necessary to operate the Cogen Facility.
Operating Manuals. The Vendor will provide the Owner one (1) set of Operating Manuals with each Additional Product shipped to the Owner. In addition, the Vendor will, at its sole cost and expense, provide the Owner with six (6) sets of updated Operating Manuals by July 1, 1998. All Operating Manuals will be provided in CD-ROM format (other than certain engineering drawings that are not practical to place on CD-ROM format). The Owner has the right and license to print, copy and distribute such materials as deemed necessary so long as any such distribution complies with the restrictions set forth in subsection 27.19."
