Operating Parameters. (i) Programmed work may be aggregated and averaged in a cyclic timetable which is structured over more than five days. Aggregation and averaging shall not extend beyond the length of the defined cycle except for unused programmed teaching time which can be accrued over the school year and used consistent with clause 4.2(d)(ii) of this Schedule.
(ii) A maximum of one accrued lesson can be used by the school in any given week.
(iii) Where a school principal intends to utilise clause 4.2(d)(ii) of this Schedule, they will support effective use of preparation and correction time, including teacher collaboration, by providing affected teachers at the start of each new timetable with a priority ranking of their potential available lessons for use by the school. This priority ranking will use the scale:
A. highly likely to be used by the school on a regular basis for supervision duty;
B. possible use for supervision duty depending on operational demands;
C. used for supervisions only in emergency and therefore regularly available for teacher planning and preparation.
(iv) Where the nature of a teacher’s duties require aggregation beyond the length of the school’s defined timetable cycle apart from circumstances consistent with clauses 4.2(d)(i) and 4.2(d)(ii) of this Schedule, the principal shall negotiate, with the teacher, an averaging period and aggregation which is consistent with the provisions of clause 4.2 of this Schedule.
Operating Parameters. Air District has awarded this Grant based upon Grantee’s agreement to operate the Project Equipment for the usage identified in Table 1 of this Attachment. Grantee shall operate Project Equipment within California and disadvantaged or low-income community as specified in Table 1. In no event shall Grantee operate the Project Equipment less than the minimum project term specified in the Program Guidelines. Pursuant to Paragraph 15 of this Attachment, Grantee may be required to repay Grant funds if unable to satisfy the Project’s usage and project life requirements identified in Table 1.
Operating Parameters. (A) Seller shall: (i) have the sole responsibility to, and shall at its sole expense, operate and maintain the Facility in accordance with all requirements set forth in this Agreement, and (ii) comply with reasonable requirements of EPE regarding Day-to-Day or hour-by-hour communications with EPE. Seller agrees to operate the Facility in such a manner that Solar Energy delivered by Seller will meet all applicable requirements for voltage level, harmonics, power factor, vars, ancillary services and other electrical specifications required by the Transmission Provider.
(B) Seller shall operate the Facility in accordance with all system protection equipment as required by the Interconnection Agreement.
Operating Parameters. The Services shall be designed based on the type and mixture of Products, and the volume and other key operating assumptions set forth on Schedule 1.6 (the “Operating Parameters”). It is recognized that the Operating Parameters and Services may require modification from time to time, which would be effected by amending Schedule 1.1 or 1.6, as applicable and appropriate. It is acknowledged and agreed by the Parties that the operating practices as in effect as of the Agreement Date with respect to the sizes of outbound cartons and pallets shall not be modified during the Term without the consent of Customer.
Operating Parameters. (a) The Indemnitor Parties shall conduct Mining Operations at the Mine, or cause Mining Operations at the Mine to be conducted, in accordance with Mining Industry Best Practices.
(b) In addition to conducting Mining Operations in compliance with Mining Industry Best Practices, the Indemnitor Parties shall conduct Mining Operations, or cause Mining Operations to be conducted, at the Mine in compliance with the following (the “Operating Parameters”):
(i) The Indemnitor Parties shall comply with Mining Industry Best Practices with regard to environmental health and safety (such as the use of certified or third party verified environmental management systems and adherence to the International Council on Mining and Metals guiding principles);
(ii) The Indemnitor Parties shall comply with applicable Environmental Laws;
(iii) The Indemnitor Parties shall exercise due care consistent with Mining Industry Best Practices in the handling, management, acquisition, disposal, generation, recycling, use and sale of Hazardous Materials; and
(iv) The Indemnitor Parties shall comply with the restrictions set forth in the Declaration of Environmental Deed Restrictions, which Declaration of Environmental Deed Restrictions form an integral part of these Operating Parameters and Indemnity; provided that, notwithstanding the permissive provisions of the Declaration of Environmental Deed Restrictions, the Indemnitor Parties shall not conduct Mining Operations or conduct any excavation or subsurface construction, and shall not seek to conduct Mining Operations or to conduct any excavation or subsurface construction, within the Pit Impoundment (as described in the Declaration of Environmental Deed Restrictions) located on Govt. Lxx 0, Xxxx. Xxx 0, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxx, Axxxxx, Xxxxx, Dxxxxx X., Jxxxxxxx, Virginia, Exxx and Cxxxxx X. xxxxx, M.S. 977, being located in the E/0, Xxxxxxx 00, X0X, X0X, XXX, as generally shown on Exhibit C to the Declaration of Environmental Deed Restrictions, without the Administrative Agent’s written consent, which may be withheld in its sole and absolute discretion..
Operating Parameters. 8.3.1 How many units (hours) of service per month would your agency be capable of providing immediately upon contract award?
8.3.2 Given that Contractors must develop and maintain a capacity sufficient to deliver at least 50 units of service per month to be considered for this contract, provide an estimate of the maximum number of units your agency could manage annually.
8.3.3 How many days from contract award notice would it take your agency to attain full capacity to deliver the number of units stated in 8.3.
Operating Parameters. As of the Effective Date, the Facilities and warehouse space are those as listed on Exhibit C.1 and C.2. The warehouse space within a Facility available to Customer from time to time for the storage of the Products shall be referred to as the “Storage Area.”

(A) Subscriber Organization is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment installed at the Project meets all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements at the time of installation and at all times throughout its operation. The Project will have a capacity nameplate rating of five megawatts (5 MW AC) or less at the point of delivery/interconnection. The Project must at all times be physically located entirely within Company’s service territory and shall not be relocated at any time during the course of this Agreement.
Operating Parameters. (A) Subscriber Organization is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment installed at the Project meets all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements at the time of installation and at all times throughout its operation. The Project will have a capacity nameplate rating of five megawatts (5 MW AC) or less at the point of delivery/interconnection. The Project must at all times be physically located entirely within Company’s service territory and shall not be relocated at any time during the course of this Agreement.
(B) Subscriber Organization shall maintain the Project and the individual components of the Project in good working order at all times during the Term of the Agreement. If, during the Term of the Agreement, the Project or any of the individual components of the Project should be damaged or destroyed such that the Project is not delivering Solar Energy Output to Company, Subscriber Organization shall provide Company written notice and promptly repair or replace the equipment to its original specifications, tilt and orientation at Subscriber Organization’s sole expense. If, during the Term of the Agreement, any Company-owned and operated components interconnected with the Project should be damaged or destroyed such that the Project is not delivering Solar Energy Output to Company, Company shall provide Subscriber Organization written notice and promptly repair or replace the component to its original specifications, tilt and orientation at Company’s sole expense.
(C) Subscriber Organization shall operate the Project such that all system protective equipment is in service whenever the Project is connected to, or is operated in parallel with, the T&D System, except for normal testing and repair. Subscriber Organization shall provide adequate system protection and control devices to ensure safe and protected operation of all energized equipment during normal testing and repair. The Project’s protective equipment shall meet Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and Prudent Utility Practices.
