Operating Philosophy. The ENTITY is dedicated to ensuring that equality in voice and governance exists, and that the benefit to the citizens meets Medicaid standards while being provided in ways that reflect the needs and resources of the communities in which each CMHSP Member operates. Operating Philosophy. The operation of the Gas Turbine Exhaust System is directly linked to the generation mode of the Gas Generator Turbine Set. As the exhaust gasses are handled by the exhaust system, the operating philosophy follows the operating concept of the Gas Turbine Generating Set. The operating flexibility of the gas turbine generating set, particularly its very rapid run-up capability, makes them ideal for meeting relatively short peaks in load demand. An important feature of these stations is their black-start capability. In the event of a catastrophic incident on the electricity system resulting in a loss of all generators, these stations can be used to re-energise the network due to their ability to re-start without power from the network.
Operating Philosophy. Any hourly employee may be required to perform such minor maintenance and adjustment work on units or equipment in their operating areas or work areas as can be accomplished by hand or with tools or equipment not requiring specialized training to use or operate. During partial or total shutdowns, operators who are not required for work in their regular classification may be assigned to other work in their operating area. The employee's current rate will be maintained while engaged in such activities. It is understood that as long as work exists in the employee's regular classification, such work will remain the employee's primary responsibility but may be assigned the aforementioned work as the need exists.
