PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This Agreement shall be binding on the “Parties” being, M & G Catering Pty Ltd, (ACN 097 331 041) (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or the “Company” or “M & G Catering”) situated at 000 – 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx 0000 and all of the Employees of M & G Catering Pty Ltd Employees, (hereinafter referred to as the “Employees”) wherever employed in Queensland as classified under this Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding on all Employees employed at any sites owned or managed or controlled by M & G Catering Pty Ltd, provided that the positions are classified under this Agreement. Where the term “Parties” is used in this Agreement it refers to the Parties identified in this clause. This Agreement allows for the making of Australian Workplace Agreements as required by the Employer and individual Employees.

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. 1.3.1 This Agreement shall be binding on the “Parties” being, Pioneer North Queensland Pty Ltd, ACN 068 203 734 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “PNQ” or “the Company” or “PNQ North Queensland”) registered office at Xxx 0, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx 0000 and the Australian Workers’ Union of Employees, Queensland (hereinafter referred to as the “AWU”) representing the Employees of Pioneer North Queensland Pty Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as the “Employees”) wherever employed in Queensland as classified under this Agreement. 1.3.2 Excepting salary Employees, this Agreement shall be binding on all Employees employed at any sites owned or managed or controlled by Pioneer North Queensland Pty Ltd, provided that the positions are classified under this Agreement. 1.3.3 Where the term “Parties” is used in this Agreement it refers to the Parties identified in this clause.
PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This agreement shall be binding on: (a) National Union of Workers - New South Wales Branch (‘the union’) and its members. (b) Sigma Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd (‘the company’, ‘the employer’, or ‘Sigma’), in respect of all employees at the Baulkham Hills manufacturing facility in New South Wales for whom there is an appropriate classification within this agreement and would normally be covered by the awards referred to in clause 1.7.1.

This Agreement allows for the making of Australian Workplace Agreements as required by the Employer and individual Employees.
PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This Agreement shall be binding on, and cover, the "Parties" being: A. Sunmanor Pty Ltd (ABN 72 061 191 517) trading as Cairns Adventure Group (hereafter referred to as "the employer"); B. the employer’s employees (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee/s"), except for Trainees; and C. PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. This Agreement is made between the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Austrade and Austrade employees under s.327 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996. It applies to all non- SES APS employees of Austrade engaged under section 22 or 72 of the Public Service Act 1999, but does not apply to APS employees in Austrade who are parties to an Australian Workplace Agreement.

PARTIES BOUND AND COVERAGE. 2.1 This Agreement is made as an Employee Collective Agreement under Part 8 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 between: (a) the Special Minister of State (the Minister) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia; and (b) persons employed under Part III and Part IV of the Members of Parliament (Staff) Act 1984 (MOP(S) Act), at the classifications listed in Attachments A-C.
