Vision. The Employer agrees to offer group vision insurance to bargaining unit employees and their dependents, at employee cost.
Vision. The University shall make available vision insurance to the staff members covered by this agreement to the same extent and in the same manner as is available to other University staff members, such as Faculty and the Executive, Administrative and Professional Staff members. It is the University's goal to have the same vision insurance plan(s) offered uniformly to all University staff member groups and staff members.
Vision. Medical/Health benefit plans and products will be made available through the Board’s participation in the Health Plan Purchasing Consortium. The medical/health benefit plans, specifications and products available to bargaining unit members will be as designated by the Washtenaw Health Insurance Consortium. The Board will pay annual plan year amount of: $60 (single); $118 (two person); and $139 (family), or eighty percent (80%) of the representative rates of the vision benefit plan costs, whichever amount is less.
Vision. The Town shall pay for employee-only coverage under the Town’s Vision Service Plan (VSP). Employees may enroll eligible dependents at their own cost.

Vision. The Employer will provide for each unit member eligible for insurance and his/her family (if applicable) a Vision Insurance plan which equals or exceeds the following specifications:
1. Deductibles – As established by the Major Medical policy carrier
2. Examinations – Once every twelve (12) months

4. Frames – Once every twenty-four (24) months The cost of Vision Insurance is included in Major Medical premiums.
Vision. The Board shall purchase through a carrier licensed by the State of Ohio, employee and family Vision insurance as summarized in Appendix H-2. The full cost of this program and any increases thereof shall be paid by the Board.
Vision. Effective April 1, 2003, CBS shall add and sponsor a Vision Care Plan to a maximum of $200 dollars for each covered person in any 24 consecutive month period, equivalent to the plan in effect for the non-union employees at the date of ratification of this agreement.

The Board will pay eighty-eight (88%) percent 2018- 2019, eighty-seven (87%) percent 2019-2020, eighty-six (86%) percent 2020-2021 of the premium and the employee will pay twelve (12%) percent 2018-2019, thirteen (13%) percent 2019-2020, fourteen (14%) percent 2020-2021 of the premium for full-time employees in any year when the levy passes and the base raises are granted. Otherwise, the employee share shall be eleven (11%) percent.
