Operating Procedures for Card Transactions. In accepting Cards for the purchase of Merchant’s goods and services, Merchant shall comply with all requirements of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the Operating Rules, as the same are revised from time to time, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as they may be amended from time to time.
