Retrieval Requests. If Merchant deposits Transactions with Bank through magnetic tape, electronic transmission, or electronic data capture terminal, upon the request of a Card Association or Bank, Merchant shall respond to all Retrieval Requests within the time frames specified in the applicable Operating Rules. If Merchant does not respond or responds late to a Retrieval Request, Merchant may be without recourse as Chargebacks for “non receipt of requested item” in most cases, cannot be reversed. Bank is not obligated to provide provisional credit to Merchant for any Retrieval Request and may suspend or discontinue any provisional credit in its sole and absolute discretion.

Retrieval Requests. Merchant is required by the Associations to store original documentation, and to timely respond to Retrieval Requests, of each Transaction for at least six months from the date of the respective Transaction, and to retain copies of all such data for at least 18 months from the date of the respective Transaction. Merchant is responsible for any Chargebacks that result from Merchant’s failure to timely respond to Retrieval Requests for documentation relating to a Transaction.
Retrieval Requests. In the case of a retrieval request, Planet Payment will receive the information from the applicable Card Association. Planet Payment will provide such information to Acquirer within 24 hours after receipt thereof from the relevant Card Association in the daily chargeback and retrieval report via PWEB.
Retrieval Requests. 11.1. You agree to provide all reasonable assistance requested by Xxxxxx to resolve any disputes arising from your receipt of Merchant Services. If Citibank requests documentation or a Retrieval Request from you, you must provide us with a copy of the Sales Record within 30 business days of our request. Retrieval Requests. Either the Bank or WorldPay may, from time to time, request an original or copy of a transaction receipt or credit voucher (a “Retrieval Request”). Customer shall respond to Retrieval Requests in accordance with the Rules and shall provide WorldPay and the Bank with originals or copies of such transaction receipts or credit vouchers within ten business days of the Retrieval Request.
Retrieval Requests. In order to comply with Retrieval Requests, Merchant shall store and retain Transaction Data and Transaction Receipts in compliance with the Payment Brand Rules, including any time frames set forth therein. Within seven (7) days (or such shorter time as the Payment Brand Rules may require) of Chase Paymentech sending Merchant a Retrieval Request, Merchant must provide to Chase Paymentech, via certified or overnight mail or by confirmed fax, (a) written resolution of Merchant’s investigation of such Retrieval Request; and (b) legible copies of any supporting documentation requested or required by the Retrieval Request. Merchant acknowledges that failure to fulfill a Retrieval Request timely and in accordance with Payment Brand Rules may result in an irreversible Chargeback.

Once we receive your response, we will take the appropriate steps in a timely manner to reduce the probability of the Cardholder’s bank sending an unjustified Chargeback to you. Remember, your failure to fulfill a Retrieval Request in accordance with Association Rules may result in an irreversible Chargeback to you.
