Common use of Operating Result of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Operating Result of the Contractor. 6.1 The operating result of the Contractor for each Period will consist of the sum of the Considerations to which the Contractor is entitled pursuant to this Contract in the Period, including those derived from the revenues indicated in subsection 8.5 of this Annex 3, minus an amount equal to the Costs recorded during the same Period in accordance with Annex 4.
