OPERATING RULES BETWEEN THE PARTIES. 7.1. Representation and activities in relation to third parties No contractual commitments in relation to the Purpose of this Agreement shall be entered into by any Member on behalf of the other Members of the Consortium with third parties without the prior approval of the Steering Committee. The Secretariat shall act with respect to the third parties in its own name but on behalf and on account of all Members concerned pursuant to Articles 6.1 and 6.2.5 of this Agreement.
