Operating Schedule. If an operator is regularly assigned to a machine from Monday through Friday in a given week and productive work is required on Saturday, Sunday or designated holiday of that week, such operator will be assigned to such particular machine for such Saturday, Sunday or holiday work. The regular operator will also work any authorized overtime work through the week. Notices may be posted with prior consent of the Employer.

Operating Schedule. The Lessee shall notify State fifteen (15) days prior to starting work on the development of the Premises as set forth in this Lease. If requested by State, Lessee shall either: (a) meet with a representative of State prior to starting any development of the Premises to establish an operating schedule or (b) submit a written operating schedule for State’s approval prior to starting any development of the Premises.

The minimum hours and days of operation shall be: The Licensee may operate longer hours than indicated above without receiving the property manager’s permission. However, the Licensee must not operate before or after the dates indicated above and in Section B(1), “License Term”, unless specifically authorized by a contract amendment executed by all required signatories.
Operating Schedule. 11.1 Subject to Section 4.05, the food and beverage service provided by CONCESSIONAIRE hours of operation will be determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. The Contract Administrator reserves the right to approve any proposed changes by CONCESSIONAIRE to the schedule. The reasons for any non- approval shall be set forth in writing no later than ten (10) working days after submittal of such request. 11.2 The Contract Administrator may, upon notice to CONCESSIONAIRE, temporarily require a change in the daily hours or the number of days per week of operation, if, in the reasonable discretion of the Contract Administrator, such a change is desirable and reasonable in light of a substantial public health concern. 11.3 CONCESSIONAIRE recognizes that CITY will be conducting or permitting special events, from time to time, at the Sportsplex. These events may include CITY sponsored events, events that are produced by CITY with another entity and events that are produced by another entity only, with CITY’s permission. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to cooperate with the CITY, in a reasonable manner, which will not have a major impact on CONCESSIONAIRE. CITY will provide not less than thirty (30) calendar days written notice as to the occurrence of an event of major impact as described in this subparagraph.

The CLRA will be advised by the signatory contractor. It is understood and agreed that where mutual agreement for such change cannot be achieved, the request shall not be subject to either grievance or arbitration.
