Common use of Operating Schedule Clause in Contracts

Operating Schedule. Purchaser shall, be- fore commencing operations, provide in writing an annual Operating Schedule of anticipated major activities and needs for logging Included Timber, such as logging, road maintenance, Scaling, and road construction, including construction staking under B5.212 and material delivery under B5.22.
