  • Terminating the Agreement With reasonable cause, either Client or Contractor may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon giving written notice. The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the [Apartment/Plot] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the [Apartment/Plot]. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

  • - FINANCING THE ACTION I.3.1 The total cost of the action is estimated at EUR […], as shown in the estimated budget in Annex II.   • Contractors Submission Respecting the Agreement The Contractor shall, as part of the Contractor's submission respecting this Contract, complete the attached Schedule B, Identification of Principles; Schedule C, Schedule of Tendered Unit Prices; Schedule D, Schedule of Equipment to be used on the work; and Schedule E, Schedule of Sub-Contractors.   • Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Participating TO shall deliver to the Interconnection Customer and the CAISO the following “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities [include appropriate drawings and relay diagrams]. The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Conditions Affecting the Work The Contractor shall be responsible for having taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the Work, and the general and local conditions, which can affect the Work or the cost thereof for any Job Order. Any failure by the Contractor to do so will not relieve him from responsibility for successfully performing the Work without additional expense to the County. The County assumes no responsibility for any understanding or representations concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of this Contract, unless such understanding or representations by the County are expressly stated in the Contract.
