Claims Administration fee. All Accident, attempted theft and theft claims will incur a claims administration fee of $100 in addition to the Damage Excess liability. This fee is to compensate Us for the labour and associated costs with processing Your claim.
Claims Administration fee. In addition to the above Servicing Fee, Company shall pay Vendor a claim administration fee ("Claim Administration Fee") as specified in the "Claims Administration Fee Schedule", attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
