All xxxxx in which Pengrowth holds an interest: (i) for which Pengrowth was or is operator, were or have been drilled and, if and as applicable, completed, operated and abandoned in accordance with good and prudent oil and gas industry practices in Canada and all Applicable Laws; and (ii) for which Pengrowth was not or is not operator, to Pengrowth’s knowledge, were or have been drilled and, if and as applicable, completed, operated and abandoned in accordance with good and prudent oil and gas industry practices in Canada and all Applicable Laws; except, in either case, to the extent that such non-compliance with prudent oil and gas industry practices or Applicable Laws would not in the aggregate have a material adverse effect on Pengrowth.

Operation and Condition of Xxxxx. All of the Xxxxx for which Harvest or any of its subsidiaries: (i) was or is operator, were or have been drilled and, if and as applicable, completed, operated and abandoned in accordance with good and prudent oil and gas industry practices in Canada and all Applicable Laws; and (ii) was not or is not operator have, to Harvest's knowledge, been drilled and, if and as applicable, completed, operated and abandoned in accordance with good and prudent oil and gas industry practices in Canada and all Applicable Laws.
Operation and Condition of Xxxxx. All of the Xxxxx for which a Petrominerales Entity: (i) was or is operator, have been drilled and, if and as applicable, completed, operated, suspended, abandoned and reclaimed in accordance with good and prudent oil and gas industry practices in Colombia, Peru and Brazil and applicable Laws in effect at the time such operation occurred; and
Operation and Condition of Xxxxx. All the Xxxxx, in which any member of the Addax Group has an interest by virtue of its rights under the Production Sharing Contracts have, during the period from the date of the direct or indirect acquisition of such member of the Addax Group by Addax, been drilled and completed in accordance with applicable Law and within the boundaries of the Contract Area.
