Data reported by IAE Customer Support Representatives serve as input to this data base. This computerized data maintenance and retrieval system will permit: • A pooling and exchange of service experience for the benefit of the entire airline industry. • A common statistical base. • The selective querying of computer data files for answers to Spirit’s inquiries.
