Common use of Operation of Floorplan Loan Facility and Interim Floorplan Loan Facility Clause in Contracts

Operation of Floorplan Loan Facility and Interim Floorplan Loan Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Floorplan Loan Facility and Interim Floorplan Loan Facility may be used by Reseller from time to time to purchase Floorplanned Inventory from a Vendor approved by Administrative Agents in their sole and absolute discretion (each an “Approved Vendor” and, collectively, the “Approved Vendors”).
