Common use of Operation of Properties and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Operation of Properties and Equipment. (a) Borrower will ------------------------------------- maintain and operate, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain and operate, their respective Oil and Gas Interests in a good and workmanlike manner, and observe and comply with all of the terms and provisions, express or implied, of all oil and gas leases relating to such Oil and Gas Interests so long as such Oil and Gas Interests are capable of producing Hydrocarbons and accompanying elements in paying quantities.

Operation of Properties and Equipment. (a) The Borrower will ------------------------------------- maintain and operate, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain and operate, their respective Oil and Gas Interests Properties (including without limitation, the Borrowing Base Properties) in a good and workmanlike manner, and, with respect to the Oil and Gas Interests, observe and comply comply, in all material respects, with all of the terms and provisions, express or implied, of all oil and gas leases relating to such Oil and Gas Interests so long as such Oil and Gas Interests are capable of producing Hydrocarbons and accompanying elements in paying quantities.
