Common use of Operation of railway Clause in Contracts

Operation of railway. The Company shall during the continuance of this Agreement operate the said railway in a safe and proper manner and shall provide crossings for livestock and also for any roads and other railways which now exist and where it can do so without unduly prejudicing or interfering with its activities hereunder the Company shall allow such crossings for roads and railways which may be constructed for future needs and which may be required to cross the said railway.
