Operation of railway. The Joint Venturers will during the continuance of this Agreement operate the said railway in a safe and proper manner and where they can do so without unduly prejudicing or interfering with their other operations hereunder they will provide crossing places for livestock and also for any roads or other railways which now exist or in the future may be constructed and which cross or may be required to cross the said railway.
