OPERATION OF THE PIPELINE. The statements relating to the transportation of gas through the Pipeline for the period from January 28, 2000 through June 30, 2000 heretofore furnished by the Borrower to the Agent are accurate; since June 30, 2000 there has been no damage, destruction or loss to the Pipeline; the Pipeline is currently in operation and the monthly transportation of gas through the Pipeline has not materially diminished.

The statements relating to the transportation of gas through the Pipeline for the period from January 28December 31, 2000 2001, through June 30, 2000 heretofore 2002, furnished by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent are accurate; since June 30, 2000 2002, there has been no damage, destruction or loss to the Pipeline; the Pipeline is currently in operation and the monthly transportation of gas Hydrocarbons through the Pipeline has not materially diminished.

OPERATION OF THE PIPELINE. The statements relating to the transportation of gas through the Pipeline for the period from January 28December 31, 2000 2003, through June 30March 31, 2000 heretofore 2004, furnished by the Borrower to the Agent Administrative Agent, are accurate; since June 30March 31, 2000 2004, there has been no damage, destruction or loss to the Pipeline; the Pipeline is currently in operation and the monthly transportation of gas Hydrocarbons through the Pipeline has not materially diminished.
