Operational Acceptance. 24.2.1 Subject to GCC Clause 24.3 (Partial Acceptance) below, Operational Acceptance shall occur within seven (7) days in respect of the System, when (a) the Operational Acceptance Tests, as specified in the Technical Requirements, and/or SCC and/or the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan or (b) the Purchaser has put the System into production or use for sixty (60) consecutive days. If the System is put into production or use in this manner, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser and document such use.
