Operational Breakeven. Eighteen and Three Quarters Percent (18.75%) of the Target Bonus Amount shall be earned at such time as the Company achieves EBITDA for the applicable quarter, and Six and One Quarter (6.25%) of the Target Bonus Amount shall be earned at such time as the Company achieves EBIT for the applicable quarter.
