Common use of Operational Reports Clause in Contracts

Operational Reports. Seller shall provide PacifiCorp monthly operational reports in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to PacifiCorp, and Seller shall, promptly upon written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with all operational data requested by PacifiCorp with respect to the performance of the Facility and delivery of Net Output, Green Tags or Capacity Rights therefrom.

Operational Reports. Seller shall provide PacifiCorp monthly quarterly (on a calendar year basis) operational reports in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to PacifiCorp, and Seller shall, promptly upon written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with all operational data requested by PacifiCorp with respect to the performance of the Facility and delivery of Net Output, Green Tags Output or Capacity Rights therefrom.

Upon PacifiCorp’s reasonable advance written request, which request shall not be more than once quarterly, Seller shall provide PacifiCorp monthly operational reports in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to PacifiCorp, and Seller shall, promptly upon reasonable written request from PacifiCorp, provide PacifiCorp with all operational data requested by PacifiCorp with respect to the performance of the Facility and delivery of Net Output, Green Tags Output or Capacity Rights therefrom.therefrom.‌
