Common use of Operational Requirements Clause in Contracts

Operational Requirements. 12 At-Sea Monitors are deployed, in accordance with coverage rates 13 developed by NMFS and as assigned through the Pre-Trip Notification 14 System (PTNS), to vessels. Due to availability of funding, changes in 15 the fishery management, such as emergency closures, court ordered 16 closures, weather, and unforeseen events must remain flexible. 17 Additional funding for sea days may be added to the contract within the 18 scope and maximum allowable sea days.
