Common use of Operational Requirements Clause in Contracts

Operational Requirements. 10.1 For terms and conditions for nondiscriminatory access to Operations Support Systems (OSS) “functions” for CLEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/repair, and billing provided by AT&T OKLAHOMA, see Attachment 27 Operation Support Systems (OSS) and, for manual ordering, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Attachment 2: Manual Ordering and Provisioning- Resale. 10.2 AT&T OKLAHOMA will provide usage information to CLEC for Resale services pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in Attachment 5: Customer Usage Data-Resale.
