Operational Support. 2.1 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs of Party B, to act as the guarantor of Party B in the contracts, agreements, or transactions entered into between Party B and third parties, in order to fully guarantee the performance by Party B of such contracts, agreements, and transactions.
2.2 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs Party B, to recommend directors and senior management to Party B and Party B agrees to appoint such personnel recommended by Party A to be its directors and senior management. The relevant personnel recommended by Party A pursuant to this Article shall meet the qualification requirements for directors and senior management under applicable laws.
2.3 To ensure the performance of this Agreement, Party A agrees to provide to Party B cooperative policy advice and guidance, which is consistent with the daily operation and financial management and the employment policy of Party B.
Operational Support. The Ministry and the LHIN will work together to develop appropriate policies related to the operational support of the LHIN by the Ministry.
Operational Support. FDC and IHC child care services:
(i) subject to (ii), an amount for each fortnight, paid in arrears, calculated from Your Attendance Reports as follows:

(i) an amount each quarter, as follows:
(A) for a NFF OCC child care service – one quarter of the total amount of Funding payable in relation to that child care service for the financial year, as specified:
(1) for the first financial year of this Agreement – in the Letter of Offer; and
(2) for subsequent financial years – as notified to You by Us after the annual CSP Review of the child care service;
(B) for an OCC child care service, an amount calculated as follows:
Operational Support. Provide on-going support for website monitoring and updates for both routine operations and during potential flood events, including damage to gage systems, evenly spread during the period of performance.

(i) an amount each quarter, as follows:
(A) for a NFF OCC child care service – one quarter of the total amount of Funding payable in relation to that child care service for the financial year, as specified:
(1) for the first financial year of this Agreement – in the Letter of Offer; and
(2) for subsequent financial years – as notified to You by Us after the annual CSP Review of the child care service;
(B) for an OCC child care service, an amount calculated as follows: Calculation Description A x B x C A = rate per place; B = service’s number of approved places at the start of the applicable period; C = number of weeks the service is open during the applicable quarter where the rate per place is determined as follows: Major City or Inner Regional OCC-1 Outer Regional OCC-2 Remote or Very Remote OCC-3
Operational Support a) Excite will provide, at its sole expense, Account Management support of the Auto Buying Services department of the Excite Automotive Channel sufficient to support for the level of sales and marketing contemplated by the Agreement.
b) The parties will hold formal reviews on a monthly basis to maintain anticipated results according to the sponsorship objectives. Advertising and sponsorship placements will be adjusted monthly by mutual agreement.
Operational Support. The Host School may provide the MCJROTC program with an operational budget that is commensurate with that of other school programs of similar size and scope. Operational support is used to pay for transportation of cadets to various meets, competitions and such activities considered appropriate for the MCJROTC program. Operational support can also be used for reimbursement of school bus transportation at the same rate required of other programs utilizing school transportation. The Regional Director can assist with determining an appropriate budget to fund the MCJROTC efforts.
Operational Support. UITS will provide contact information to Clients for use in requesting “eyes and hands” assistance with Clients’ equipment when problems arise. System monitoring and failure notification will be provided by UITS operations staff on site 24 x 7 x 365. There are no service level guarantees for the availability of such resources.
