OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. A. Undertakings Prior to Commencement of Operations. Prior to Franchisee's commencement of operations hereunder Franchisor shall:
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. 4.1 The Franchisor will permit the Franchisee to conduct the Franchise Business in accordance with the Manuals and subject to the terms of this Agreement for the Term.
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. 10.1 The Franchisor shall fix the syllabus for entire academic session at par with the CBSE syllabus and shall be responsible to communicate promptly to the Franchisee in case of any change or otherwise.
10.2 The Franchisorshallassist the Franchisee in apposite running and management of the school and shall convey necessary instructions to the Franchisee in that regards.
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. The parties acknowledge that the Lease does not create any rights against or obligations of Franchisor unless specifically stated in this Addendum.
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. During the term of the agreement the Franchisor will:
6.1 provide initial training to the Franchisee so that the Franchisee can operate the Franchise successfully and offer on- going training where the Franchisor deems necessary;
6.2 provide updates when available to the Franchisee on marketing strategy for the Franchise
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. Fxxxxxxxxx agrees:
7.1 To make available to Franchisee the benefit of its knowledge and experience in the installation, commencement and operation of the System.
7.2 To make available to the Franchised Restaurant the benefit of its knowledge and experience in: (i) selection and installation of equipment and furnishings; (ii) appropriate décor and restaurant layout; (iii) purchase, location and installation of signs identified with the operation of the Franchised Restaurant; and (iv) the System. Franchisee shall pay Franchisor a one-time nonrefundable Development Services Fee (“Development Services Fee”) in the amount of SIX THOUSAND Dollars ($6,000.00) to be paid simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement for Franchisor’s assistance with these matters.
7.3 To render advisory service regarding the operation of the Franchised Restaurant, including handling products and services in accordance with the System and Manual, and guidance on the operation of the Franchised Restaurant.
7.4 To provide quality control by conducting random, unannounced inspections of the Franchised Restaurant to ensure quality of products and services.
7.5 To provide electronic access to the Manual after this Agreement has been signed. If a paper copy is required, one (1) will be loaned to Franchisee for a non-refundable fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and must be returned upon termination of the franchise relationship.
7.6 Except to the extent Franchisor determines to train Franchisee through virtual learning, e-learning, and distance learning, as provided in Section 8.20, to provide Franchisee with in-person training in Las Vegas and supervision and assistance to Franchisee and its employees at the Franchised Restaurant around the opening of the Franchised Restaurant (“Pre-Opening Event”).
7.7 To assist in the set-up of the accounting system to be utilized by the Franchised Restaurant, as Franchisee is required to use Franchisor’s chart of accounts.
7.8 To review monthly reports and other information of the Franchised Restaurant as may be required by Franchisor.
7.9 To render advisory services regarding advertising, promotional plans, and materials for local advertising.
7.10 To provide a list of approved supplies and approved suppliers to Franchisee. In the event Franchisor is required to expend more than two (2) weeks of effort in assisting Franchisee in opening the Franchised Restaurant (other than training and pre-opening events), Franchisor reserves the right to...
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR a. Training. Liberty provides for new franchisees a required five (5) day or longer EOT and a required one (1) day Hands on Training (“HOT”) taught by an existing franchisee at their Liberty Tax office. Xxxxxxx does not charge for EOT or HOT but you are responsible for all expenses you incur as a result of training, such as travel, lodging and meals.
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. The Franchisor will provide to each Customer on behalf of the Franchisee:
(a) the Business System as specified by the Franchisee in accordance with the Manual; and
(b) the Core Services and any Additional Services requested by the Franchisee or a Customer.
OBLIGATIONS OF FRANCHISOR. 5.1. The Franchisor shall provide the salable products; develop the software/website/telecome products as per requirement of the client.
5.2. The Franchisor shall provide training to the Franchisee and its staff for the sale/use of its products in the Company Head Office or some mutually agreed place as per both party convenience.
5.3. The Franchisor shall provide all technical support for the sale and after sale service of its products.
5.4. The Franchisor shall provide Assistance in site selection.
5.5. The Franchisor shall provide guidance in construction of the business premises.
5.6. Initial Training will be provided to the Franchise by the Franchisor without any cost and without any time limit in the Franchisor Head Office.
