Operations and Regulatory Reports. Deliver to the P.C. operations reports containing such information as the P.C. may reasonably request. VFD shall prepare all written reports and information that shall be lawfully required by any government body or agency having jurisdiction over the P.C. or the Practice. The P.C. shall review and approve all such required reports and/or information before any dissemination of the same.
