Common use of Operations of Stores and Shops Clause in Contracts

Operations of Stores and Shops. Licensee acknowledges that it is of great importance to Licensor that in the maintenance of the physical plant of the Stores and in the conduct of all of the Stores’ operations, the high standards and reputation of Licensor has established be maintained. Licensee shall comply with such reasonable standards regarding operations of the Stores and Shops as Licensor, upon notice to Licensee, may establish and which, at a minimum, apply generally to local standards for leading stores and shops where Stores and Shops are located. With respect to each Store, Licensor may, from time to time, upon reasonable notice reasonably change, revise, amend or extend such standards. Licensee shall comply with the following standards at each Store:
