Common use of Operations Period Clause in Contracts

Operations Period. The Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, purchase and maintain during the Operations Period insurance to cover against Project Facilities/ Project Assets for: (i) loss, damage or destruction of the Project/ Project Assets at replacement value or full market value (including fire, burglary, standard and special peril); (ii) the Concessionaire’s general liability arising out of the Concession . (iii) liability to third parties; and (iv) any other insurance that may be necessary to protect the Concessionaire and its employees, including all Force Majeure Events that are insurable and not otherwise covered in items (i) to (iii).
