Common use of Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets. Except as otherwise provided in Section 8.13, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted Programs and Budgets. Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget. Programs and Budgets shall provide only for Exploration, Development or mining operations on the Properties and for no other activities or expenditures.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 8.139.8 and Article XIII, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted approved Programs and Budgets. Programs Budget and Budgets (b) shall provide only for Exploration, Development or mining operations on the Properties payment of all obligations of the Company under real property and for no other activities or expendituresequipment lease obligations.
