[A] Performs or assists in projects/assignments; works with team, applying conventional operations research methods and techniques to complete projects; checks reports, records, ledgers, and other documents against source documents; researches using appropriate methods or techniques; develops courses of action which include appropriate elements (cost, time, personnel, dependencies, anticipated outcomes, challenges, uncertainties, etc.); draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on facts and known factors.
