Operations Scheduling. Amdocs will provide Services for the creation of daily, weekly, and special schedules for the billing operations, according to the agreed planned business scheduling requirements (i.e., billing cycle schedules) and the Customized Product maintenance activities. Creation of the schedules will be comprised of the following: a) Setting up job dependencies in accordance with Sprint requirements; b) Scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly jobs to be executed in sequence; and c) Monitoring the scheduling process.
