Common use of Operations Support Systems Clause in Contracts

Operations Support Systems. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and in Section 2 of the Additional Services Attachment, Verizon shall provide Intrado with access via electronic interfaces to databases required for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. Verizon shall provide Intrado with such access in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules. All such transactions shall be submitted by Intrado through such electronic interfaces.

Operations Support Systems. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and in Section 2 8 of the Additional Services Attachment, Verizon shall provide Intrado First Comm with access via electronic interfaces to databases required for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. Verizon shall provide Intrado First Comm with such access in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules. All such transactions shall be submitted by Intrado First Comm through such electronic interfaces.
