Common use of Operative Documents Independent Clause in Contracts

Operative Documents Independent. Any termination of this Agreement shall not terminate the Guaranty, or other Operative Documents unless expressly provided in this Agreement or as separately agreed in writing between the parties. The Promissory Note and related loan documents are independent of the Purchase Agreement and other Operative Documents and, as such, are governed solely by the terms set forth in such loan documents.
