OPERATIVE PARTS. In exercise of the Grantor's powers under the Conservation legislation the Grantor GRANTS to the Concessionaire an EASEMENT to carry out the Concession Activity on the Easement Land subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Concession, including its Schedules.
