Operator Insurance Coverage Clause Samples
Operator Insurance Coverage. Operator shall secure and maintain as a minimum during the term of this Agreement the following insurance:
(a) Worker's Compensation, subject to statutory limits.
(b) Employer's Liability, with limits as follows:
(i) Bodily Injury by Accident - $1,000,000 per accident; (ii) Bodily Injury by Disease - $1,000,000 policy limit; and (iii) Bodily Injury by Disease - $1,000,000 per each employee.
(c) Comprehensive (Business) Automobile Liability including automobile contractual liability endorsement, in an amount equal to a "combined single limit" coverage for bodily injury and property damage limit of One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per accident, in comprehensive form and covering hired, owned and non-owned vehicles, including, without limitation, vehicles leased by Operator from Owner. Such insurance shall name Owner and Leader as Additional Insureds.
(d) Comprehensive (Commercial) General Liability Insurance in an amount equal to at least One Million and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, "combined single limit" coverage. Such insurance shall contain such coverages as Operator normally maintains for its own protection to include Premises/Operations, Explosion, Collapse and Underground Hazards, Broad Form Contractual, Independent Contractors, Products/Completed Operations, Broad Form Property Damage (excluding care, custody and control), Personal Injury, Cross Liability including a Broad Form Contractual endorsement to meet the liability assumed in Section 13.1 hereof. Such insurance shall name Owner and Lender as Additional Insureds.
(e) Excess (or Umbrella) Lability insurance providing total or excess limits for, and following the form of, the policies referred to in Section 10.1 (b) (c) and (d) so as to bring the total of each up to Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000,000.00) per occurrence, and in the annual aggregate where applicable. Such insurance shall name Owner and Lender as Additional Insureds.
(f) Aircraft and Marine insurance should any aircraft or watercraft be used in the Work. Such insurance shall be at limits at least equal to those specified in Section 10.1(e) above. Such insurance shall name Owner and Lender as Additional Insureds.
Operator Insurance Coverage. Throughout the Term, except as otherwise required herein, Operator shall at its own cost, procure and maintain, with insurers having an A.M. Best policyholders' rating of "A" or better, or self-insure in accordance with the requirements made herein the following kinds and amounts of insurance:
Operator Insurance Coverage. TVA shall cause any operator (if other than TVA) of the Purchased Assets to maintain, or cause to be maintained, in full force and effect such insurance as such operator is contractually required to maintain. Furthermore, the operator shall cause its liability insurance policies to be endorsed with the following clauses: additional insured status in favor of TVA, Seven States, and any mortgagee; waiver of subrogation in favor of TVA and Seven States; severability of interests in favor of TVA and Seven States; primary and non-contributory working in favor of TVA and Seven States; and a thirty (30) -day cancellation clause in favor of TVA, Seven States, and any mortgagee. TVA shall cause any such operator, prior to the Lease Commencement Date and upon request from time to time, to deliver to Seven States such evidence of insurance as may be requested by Seven States or any mortgagee.
Operator Insurance Coverage. Operator shall secure and maintain as a minimum during the term of this Agreement the following insurance forms, at its own cost and expense (except in the case of the insurance referred to in sections 10.1(d) and 10.1(e), which insurance shall be maintained at the cost and expense of Steamboat) with deductibles or self-insured retention's and with companies acceptable to Steamboat:
(a) Worker's Compensation, subject to statutory limits;
(b) Employer's Liability, with a minimum limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per accident including occupational disease;
